Founding principles hold true
Benjamin Franklin is often misquoted as saying, “A penny saved is a penny earned.” What he actually said is more profound and lines up with one of our founding principles. “A penny saved is twopence clear.” The difference between a wise and foolish person is actually two pennies, or twopence as it was said in Colonial terms. It takes a penny to clear a penny in debt, plus another to come out ahead. Our goal is to not only help you to make money, but to keep you from losing it in the first place.
